Running out of contracts
Each contract you create uses one contract credit; editing, sending and signing use nothing. When you have none left, the app offers a contract pack right where you are and, once it’s paid, finishes creating the contract you started. How credits and packs work is explained in Contracts and contract packs.
The offer appears by itself when you create a contract with no credits left:
- Create & Send or Save Draft at the end of a new contract;
- Use this template, from a template’s page or from Start from a template (see Contract templates).
Buying a pack
Section titled “Buying a pack”- The Buy contracts sheet opens with the reason: You have no contracts left. Contracts are sold in credit packs, one credit per contract.
- The app gets the price (Getting the price…) and shows it: the pack, any tax on its own line, Your credit when you have account credit to use, and the Total. One payment. Nothing renews.
- Tap Pay with the amount. The card form opens (Card payment secured by Stripe. United Pet Club never sees your card number.): enter your card and pay.
- When the payment goes through, the credits are added and the app creates your contract straight away — the same contract, created once, even though you tapped twice.
Cancel closes the sheet without paying; nothing is created, and your contract stays on the page where you left it. If your account credit covers the whole price, there is nothing to pay and the contract is created at once.
