Becoming a Partner

If you take bookings through United Pet Club — grooming, training, boarding, any service — you can earn Partner status. It costs nothing and does not change what you pay per booking: it unlocks perks for businesses that bring their payments onto the platform.

  • Your website. Every profile can build a website from a free template (Your website). As a Partner, the one-time US$50 setup fee to publish your first website is waived. Websites made before the website builder also run without the “Powered by United Pet Club” footer, with pages you write yourself or have RetrieverAI draft, and never pause for inactivity. Connecting your own domain is open to everyone for US$10 a year (the first year is included), so it is not a Partner perk.
  • Marketing email campaigns to your clients, with a monthly allowance that grows with your locations and your active clients.
  • Clientele Plus: unlimited client records, long history, saved segments, loyalty programs, CSV import and detailed analytics.
  • Lead tracking: see who started a booking and did not finish, and follow up.
  • Guided support: how-to answers from our support team (see Help & support).
  • Included texts on cash bookings, while your business is in good standing: no platform fees past due, no unpaid dispute fee, no open issue such as spam or abuse, not suspended or under review (Your standing). Without Partner or Pro, a booking paid in cash uses a text credit for every text (Text messages).

Partner is measured on bookings paid through United Pet Club, before fees, not counting tips or refunds. When your average over the last three full calendar months reaches $12,000 a month (in your payout currency), you are a Partner from the next evaluation. Evaluations run on the first of every month.

  • A month with no bookings counts as zero, so a quiet month lowers the average.
  • Bookings you mark as paid in cash or by transfer do not count — only payments taken on the platform do.
  • If you run several locations under one brand, everything adds up across the brand: the average is the brand’s, and the perks apply to every location.

Once you are a Partner, a slow quarter does not take it away at once. If your three-month average drops below the threshold you enter a three-month grace period with every perk kept. Bring the average back above the line during those months and you stay a Partner; otherwise Partner ends when the grace period does. Your website stays live either way, and so does a domain you connected — losing Partner never takes either down. A setup fee that was waived stays settled; your free website may show ads again. On a website made before the builder, the United Pet Club footer comes back, and your own pages are kept but no longer shown.

Open Finances → Receive Payments in the dashboard. The Partner status panel shows:

  • your three-month average against the threshold, as a progress bar;
  • how much more per month you need to qualify;
  • this month so far, and each of the three months being averaged;
  • when the next evaluation runs, and — in a grace period — the date Partner is kept until.

The same card appears on your dashboard home once your profile has booking volume, and disappears for profiles that never take bookings. The What Partner includes button opens the fees page.

Do I pay more as a Partner? No. The per-booking fee is the same; Partner adds perks only.

We opened a new location — does it get a website too? Every profile, each location included, can create its own website. Partner perks (the waived setup fee, and on older websites no footer and own pages) reach the new location at the next monthly evaluation; a location you close loses them the same way, and the brand-wide perks are unaffected.

Our van has its own calendar. Does it get a site? Vehicles belong to a location and appear on that location’s site; they do not get a site of their own. A van you list as a separate location does.

Support said they set my status. For special cases (a pilot, a dispute) United Pet Club support can set your Partner status for a period. Your panel says so, and the monthly rule takes over again when that period ends.
