Guides and services

The United Pet Club website has guide pages for the things people most often need help with: microchips, registering a pet, ID tags, pet passports and vaccine records, training and certification programs, equipment rentals, and the services offered to pet professionals.

You can reach them from two places in the site menu, grouped by what you are trying to do.

Under Platform — the software and services:

  • Identification & Recovery — how microchips work, what to look for when choosing one, and how ID tags fit alongside them.
  • Register Your Pet — step-by-step guides for registering a dog or a cat, what free registration includes, and how to keep your details current.
  • Travel & Records — pet passports and vaccine record books.
  • For Pet Businesses — websites, marketing and email for veterinarians, breeders and trainers.

Under Programs — things you take part in and credentials you can earn:

  • Dog Training & Certification — the Canine Good Companion program, its levels, and the certified trainer path.
  • Animal Training & Certification — the horse and cat programs, with the horse program listed first.
  • Hatching Experience — classroom and at-home egg hatching, providers, and certificates.
  • Equipment Rentals — member rentals such as Holter monitors and dog wheelchairs.

Pricing pages live in the site footer under Plans & Pricing.

Every guide is available in English for the United States, English for Canada, Spanish, and Canadian French. Each language has its own web address, and the site shows the version that matches the address you are on, so a link you share opens in the language you were reading.

Each guide answers the common questions at the bottom of the page. If you cannot find what you need, the contact page reaches a person.
