Reviews
When members review something you own — your profile, a recipe you published, a contract or design template you shared — you can respond publicly under the review and, if a review is not genuine, report it to the platform for investigation. Both actions are available wherever the review is shown and from one place: your dashboard’s Reviews page.
Reviews in the sidebar (/dashboard/reviews) lists every public review left on things you
own, newest first. Switch on Unanswered only to see just the reviews you have not replied to
yet. Each review shows the star rating, the reviewer’s name, Verified when it is backed by a
purchase, the text, the date, and a View link to the reviewed item.
The same Respond and Report controls appear on every review under a recipe’s Reviews tab, a contract template or a design template — and in the Library reviews panel of the design editor.
Responding to a review
Section titled “Responding to a review”- Click Respond under the review.
- Write your reply and click Post response. Keep it factual and courteous: your response is public, shown under the review with an Owner badge and your profile name.
- To change it later, use the pencil (Edit response) and Save response; to withdraw it, use the bin (Remove response).
One response per review. If you remove it you can post a new one. The reviewer keeps their review; responding does not change your rating.
Reporting a false review
Section titled “Reporting a false review”If a review is not genuine — the person never bought from you or used your service, it was paid for, it is retaliation, or it is about something else entirely — click Report false review.
- Choose a Reason: Reviewer was never a customer, Fake or paid review, Conflict of interest, Review extortion, Harassment, Not about this subject or Other.
- Add Details that help us check: order references, dates, what happened.
- Submit report.
Because you own what was reviewed, your report goes to the platform team as an owner dispute and is looked at with priority. Until a moderator decides, the review stays visible — we never remove a negative review just because the subject asked. Under the review you will see Reported · Under investigation, then Report closed once it has been handled. You can file one report per review.
Seeing reviews across all locations
Section titled “Seeing reviews across all locations”If the profile you are acting as is a brand with locations (see Brands and locations), the Reviews page has an extra toggle: All locations. Switch it on to read the public reviews left on every location under the brand, newest first, each labelled with the location it belongs to.
This view is read-only — there are no Respond or Report controls, because each location answers its own reviews from its own dashboard. Switch the toggle off to return to the brand’s own inbox. If the brand has no locations yet, or none of them has a review, the page says so.
Reporting as a reader
Section titled “Reporting as a reader”On someone else’s item you can Report a review that breaks the rules (spam, harassment, personal information, and so on) with the same dialog; the platform team reviews it. You cannot report your own review — delete it instead.
Moderation
Section titled “Moderation”Platform moderators can hide or delete a review that breaks the rules, and can remove an owner response that is abusive. Those actions are recorded; if your response was removed you may post a new one that follows the rules.
