Your pets' certificates

Businesses on United Pet Club can celebrate your pet with a keepsake certificate: a “First Groom”, a “Training Graduate” diploma, an “Adoption Day” certificate and more. You keep them all in Pets → Certificates.

Where they come from

• A business that found you on United Pet Club issues the certificate straight to your profile. You get a notification, and it appears in Pets → Certificates right away.
• A business that only had your email emails you the certificate as a PDF with a Collect your certificate button. See Collect an emailed certificate.

View or download a certificate

Open Pets → Certificates. Each card shows the pet, the certificate and who gave it to you.

• View opens the certificate at full page size.
• Download PDF saves a letter-size PDF, ready to print and frame.

A certificate the business withdrew (for example to fix a typo) no longer appears.

Collect an emailed certificate

1. In the email, press Collect your certificate.
2. Sign in, or open a free United Pet Club account if you don’t have one yet. You come back to the certificate afterwards.
3. Check the profile shown under It will be added to. To use another profile, switch profiles from the menu first and open the link again.
4. Press Add to …. The certificate now lives in Pets → Certificates.

The link is just for you and works once. If it says the link doesn’t work any more, it was already used, a newer email replaced it, or the business withdrew the certificate: ask the business to email it again. The PDF attached to the email is yours to keep either way.
