Ordering in bulk

Most things in the store are bought at the price on the page. For large orders, some sellers would rather talk — a clinic ordering two hundred record books, a rescue tagging a whole intake, a distributor buying a pallet.

Asking for a price

On a product page, if the seller takes quote requests you will see a second button under Add to Cart, along the lines of Request a quote for 250+. That number is the smallest quantity that seller is willing to quote. Below it, nothing is different: buy at the listed price as usual.

Choosing the quote button adds the product to your quote request, which is separate from your cart and has its own icon in the header, next to the basket. You can collect several products there before sending anything.

Some products have no price at all and show Request a quote instead — custom-printed passports, for example. Those work the same way, but they are only ever bought by conversation.

What the numbers mean

Your quote request has no total, on purpose: the total is the thing you are asking for. Where a product does have a shelf price, you will see an indicative from figure at your quantity. It is the listed price multiplied out, so you have a starting point — it is not an offer, and the quote you get back may be lower.

Sending it

Open the quote request from the header, set the quantity you actually want on each line, and add a note if there is anything the seller should know — languages, artwork, delivery timing. Then sign in and submit. Signing in is required at that last step only: a quote is a commercial conversation, so it has to belong to an account we can reply to. Nothing is sent until you submit it, and your cart is untouched either way.

Buying from a particular seller

United Pet Club is a marketplace, so every product page names who you are actually buying from: Sold by {seller} Store, just under the product code. The store name is a link to everything that seller lists, with the same filters and sorting as the rest of the store. You will find the same shelf on their profile under Store.

A seller who has not listed anything yet has an empty store page rather than a missing one. If the page says the store could not be loaded, that is us, not them — try again shortly.
